Here are some frequently asked questions and our answers to them.

• Why is the Initial / Moving-In / Moving-Out costs more?

Your premises may not be cleaned for a long period of time before we start our services and it is a pre-caution measure we put to make sure all things are covered for you.

If you are Moving-In or Out from the premises, there are places usual cleaning could not reach, such as under the furniture or corners between copy machines or fridge and etc. We need more time and efforts to make sure you can move-in or out with a peace of mind.


• How much are our services?

Everyone of them is unique and these are a few example of factors that we consider before determine our fees.

i. Size of the Premises
ii. Frequency of Services
iii. Number of Toilets/ Desks/ Kitchen/ Shower etc.
iv. Special Requirements – ‘extras’
v. Duration of Working

So it is best for us to visit your premises and measure those factors and will make sure you are happy with our price and services.

Small homes are generally with maximum of 2 x Bedrooms,
1 x Kitchen with basic appliances, 1 x Bathroom with shower/ bathtub/ toilet/ basin one each, and 1 x Lounge.


•What are the ‘extras’ ?

Time to time you need some special cleanings for everyday appliances and here are basic charge schedule.

i.Microwave Oven – Inside: $10+GST
ii.Oven – Inside: $60/hr+GST – *Minimum Charge: $70+GST
iii.Fridge – Inside: $60/hr+GST – *Minimum Charge: $70+GST
iv.Windows: $45/hr+GST – *Minimum Charge: $45+GST
v.Gardening and Lawn Mowing: $60/hr+GST per person – *Minimum Charge: $120+GST
v.Carpet Cleaning: $60/Room+GST – approx. 12 square metres *Minimum Charge: $120+GST

*Minimum Call Out Fee: $60+GST


• How often is the service reviewed?

Every quarter we will have our service reviewed, however, it can be done as often as you wish. We know that the more we listen and talk together we will make each other happier.


• Referral Discount Policy

We all have friends and it is natural to wish to share good things
with them, especially for our good friends. You can share the 10% discount with your friend, 5% each or take all 10% by yourself.
*10% off your monthly service fee for the month your referral
signs our contract only.


• Who covers us?

As we cover your needs we are covered with Public Liability
Insurance up to $20 million and WorkCover Insurance. Here is another peace of mind you can enjoy with us.


• What products do we use?

We try to use biodegradable chemicals rather than solvents or petrochemicals. We are happy to be a part of making healthier Earth for the next generations.


• What if you need to cancel our service?

We understand that many unexpected things happen in our lives and it’s not always under our control. However, as a business entity we are also bound to the costs and other obligations.
There will be charge of 30% of the service fee if the notice is not given as
listed below.

i.Regular Domestic: Notice required 2 days prior the service day
ii.Regular Commercial: Written notice required 2 days prior the
service day
iii.End of Lease: Notice required 48 hours prior the scheduled time
iv.Carpet Cleaning: Notice required 48 hours prior the scheduled
time
